For a special discount price for wholesale domains, you have to meet the following terms:

You have registered a minimum of 500 domains of the type from your country TLD.
You can prove with a declaration of an independent institution that you have established a business in the concerning
country (i.e. from the chamber of commerce)
You have to show a copy of your bank duplicate from the concerning country, in the same name of your Reseller account.
For .com .net .org .info en .biz domains is a minimum of 5000 domains sufficient, without any additional prove of business
or bank duplicate.
