However the SRS system for domain names easy to use for registration in your own backoffice. By using the E-mail - or XML- gateway you can easily manage registration and maintenance of domain names in the SRS system. Domain Names Registration Process:

Your Customer wishes to register a few domain names.

You will place the order manually or automated through a Mail- of XML form with 12 Register.

After filling out the contact information of your Customer through the same form, a Contact Handle will be generated.

Next time this Customer asks you for the registration of domain names, you only have to fill out this Contact Handle.

Your domain names registration order will be processed and within seconds you will receive a status update from the SRS system.

Contact Handels

Large amounts of domain names are ease to manage through 12 Register. For example, you will only have to change 1 Contact Handle in order to make adjustments for many domain names at once. Because the SRS system uses Contact Handles you will only have to fill in the contact details of your Customer once. During the first domain names registration a Contact Handle is generated for this Customer with an e-mail address as unique value. Next time this Customer asks you for the registration of domain names, you will only have to fill in his e-mail address (Contact Handle). Contact Handles can be used for;

The owner of domain names (registrant)

The Financial contact (billing)

The Technical contact (technical)

The Administrative contact (admin)

The advantage of Contact Handles for the registration of domain names will be clear to you soon. If your Customer asks you to change the postal address, you only have to change the Contact Handle through an easy to use Web-, Mail or XML form. The SRS system will process this change for all of the domain names this Customer has registered.
